Refund Policy

Members of Busy Body Pilates Studio must agree to the policies and procedures outlined below. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Cancellation Policies

We understand unforeseen circumstances come up, however, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy to keep our studio running efficiently.

• Should you need to cancel, we ask you to cancel no less than six (10) hours before class time.  Please call, text, email Busy Body Pilates Studios.

  • Including but not limited to: sudden illness, injury, family/child illness, family emergency, ect… for more information please call/email us at busybodypilates@yahoo.com or (830)888-0806.

• No shows will be subjected to a $15 fee for unlimited members and $15 non-members. Recurrence of more than three (3) no shows will result in suspension/termination of membership.

• Termination of membership: submit cancelation form 30 days prior to cancellation required or you will be charged the full next month.

• If a member needs to pause the membership, notice of fifteen (15) days prior to scheduled payment date is required. Members may pause their membership up to three (3) months at a time. After the three (3) months, the membership will re-up and you will be charged. Members are only allowed to pause their memberships once a year.

 

Membership

Auto-pay will occur on the 1st of every month. Late payments received after the 10th of the month will occur a $15 late fee charge. Failure to pay will result in suspension/termination of membership. Members and drop in clients must be at least 15 years of age or older.

 

Class and Late Policy

Classes are 45 minutes. No exceptions. If you are more than 15 minutes late a “no show” fee of $15 will be applied to your account and you will not be able to participate in class. It is encouraged to arrive early to place belongings away in the storage area and warm up for class.

 

Cleanliness policy 

All clients are required to wear grip socks during reformer, chair and mat pilates. If you come with no socks, grip socks will be available for purchase at the front desk for $5. Hair must be pulled back during reformer pilates classes. Pilates involves a lot of stretching and bending, please dress accordingly.  

 

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges on retail items, unless deemed faulty. In this case, an exchange of the item or a credit will be applied to the member’s account.

 

Busy Body Pilates Studio is not responsible for any lost and/or stolen items. We encourage members to use our storage areas.

 

Reservations

While walk-ins are welcome, there is no guarantee of class availability. It is encouraged to sign up for classes via our app or website 

 

Referral Program

For every member you refer to Busy Body Pilates Studio that results in an unlimited membership, you will receive a $25 credit to your account for the month. New members must say your name when signing up.

 

Health and Liability Waiver

A health assessment and liability waiver must be on file prior to participation in class. Failure to comply will result in immediate dismissal from class.
